The fare is the road distance from Google Maps multiplied by our rate of 4 PLN per kilometre, with a minimum fare of 60 PLN. Larger vehicles carry a fixed multiplier that is shown before you confirm. The price you see when booking is final — there is no meter, no night tariff and no charge for traffic.

In the arrivals hall, right after you exit the baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. Your driver's phone number is sent to you the day before, and we track your flight so delays are handled automatically.

Sixty minutes after the actual landing time at the airport, free of charge. For pickups from a hotel or address in the city, fifteen minutes are included.

Yes. You can pay securely online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK when you book, or pay the driver in cash or by card at the end of the ride. VAT invoices are issued on request.

Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time and any online payment is refunded in full. Changes to the time, address or vehicle can be made at any point by email or phone, subject to availability.

Yes — infant carriers, child seats and booster seats are available. Please state your children's ages in the booking notes so the right seat is fitted before the driver sets off.

A sedan takes three passengers with three large suitcases; a minivan takes up to seven passengers with seven cases. Skis, snowboards, golf bags and bicycles are carried free of charge — just mention them when booking.

Yes, twenty-four hours a day, every day of the year, including public holidays. Night rides are charged at exactly the same rate as daytime ones.

Absolutely. Auschwitz, Wieliczka, Zakopane and the thermal baths are frequently booked as returns with the driver waiting on site. Waiting time is included in the quoted return price for our popular routes.
