How is the price calculated?
The fare is the road distance from Google Maps multiplied by our rate of 8 PLN per kilometre, with a minimum fare of 60 PLN. Larger vehicles carry a fixed multiplier that is shown before you confirm. The price you see when booking is final — there is no meter, no night tariff and no charge for traffic.
Where will my driver meet me at Krakow Airport?
In the arrivals hall, right after you exit the baggage claim, holding a sign with your name. Your driver's phone number is sent to you the day before, and we track your flight so delays are handled automatically.
How long will the driver wait if my flight is delayed?
Sixty minutes after the actual landing time at the airport, free of charge. For pickups from a hotel or address in the city, fifteen minutes are included.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. You can pay securely online by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or BLIK when you book, or pay the driver in cash or by card at the end of the ride. VAT invoices are issued on request.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the pickup time and any online payment is refunded in full. Changes to the time, address or vehicle can be made at any point by email or phone, subject to availability.
