We recommend submitting your booking request as early as possible. Availability is reviewed manually, and your transfer is only confirmed after approval and payment.
If your flight is delayed, please contact us or your driver as soon as possible. If no delay is communicated in advance, waiting time is counted from the pickup time in your booking.
Your booking is not confirmed when you submit the form. It becomes confirmed only after we accept the request and full payment has been completed.
Child seats are not guaranteed by default. If you need one, please contact us in advance so we can confirm availability before your transfer.
All payments are made in EUR through Stripe. Your transfer is confirmed only after payment has been successfully completed.
You can cancel more than 72 hours before pickup for a full refund. Cancellations made 72 hours or less before pickup are non-refundable. If you need to request a change, please contact us directly.
